| Annotation: | The role of socialization potential of self-sufficiency in the well-being of the population is defined. Particular attention is paid to the reasons for the low level of social policy efficiency in Ukraine. On the basis of retrospective assessment of key indicators of fiscal policy and mechanisms of income and expenditure budgets of different levels, strategic and tactical recommendations to ensure real socialization of the economy are developed at the basic level of the budget system. |
