Annotation:	The existing methods of cost-effectiveness analysis for evaluation of the economic efficiency of the environmental investments have been considered. It has been proved that the choice of certain estimation methods of economic efficiency is determined by their concept. The valuation method for the environmental investments on the resource, cost and mixed approaches has been suggested.
