Annotation:	Economic essence of the model for quantitative evaluation of coal mine potential is substantiated. Unlike the existing the model includes more different parameters that present possibilities of coal mine actives using. A possible diversification of coal mine activities is considered for greenhouse business organized on the basis of coal mine that regulates hydrological conditions of the nearby territory. The special economic instruments for regional depression overcoming are improved.
