Title:Definition of the main motives of employee turnover at enterprises in modern economic conditions

Annotation:The features of economic relations that arise between employers and employees about the social and economic conditions of labor are defined. The economic losses of businesses due to the employee turnover are revealed. The model of material incentives for staff is improved on the bases of the author's approach. The dependence of labor productivity on the turnover ratio and seniority of the employee is analyzed.
