| Annotation: | The economic criteria for evaluating the efficiency of land conservation depending on mining methods are justified. Surface restoration costs aiming at its subsequent use are determined. The methodical basis and examples of calculation of the loss of the enterprise on rehabilitation of disturbed land are shown, which takes into account the time shift between the cost of removal of natural land, land reclamation and the income from the repayment of the reclaimed land. |
