Archiving and long-term storage policy
Archiving and Long-Term Preservation Policy
The editorial board of the journal ensures the archiving and long-term preservation of all published materials in order to guarantee their open accessibility to the academic community. This policy includes the following key provisions:
- Repositories. All articles are stored in the university’s institutional repository and/or in national and international open repositories that support scientific periodicals. The repositories provide unique identifiers (DOIs) for each item, which facilitates search, citation, and data integration.
- Technical Means. Reliable content management systems and server solutions with backup, metadata storage, and support for open access standards are used. Data and articles are stored in formats compatible with machine-readable systems and integration with other scientific platforms.
- Accessibility Guarantees. Permanent open access to the journal’s materials is ensured through the website and repositories. Backup and data replication guarantee recovery in the event of technical failures or platform changes. Articles, DOIs, and metadata are maintained in the long term in accordance with international standards of digital archiving and open access.
The editorial board reserves the right to update the technical means of storage and repositories without violating the principles of open access and the long-term availability of scientific materials.
