Open data policy
Open Data Policy
The editorial board of the journal supports the principles of open access to research data and adherence to the FAIR standards (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
Authors are encouraged to deposit the research data underlying their publications in reliable institutional, national, or international repositories.
In order to ensure the transparency, reproducibility, and scientific value of publications, each dataset must be assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) and be indicated in the metadata of the article. The number of uploaded FAIR datasets and references to the corresponding DOIs are displayed in the article and ensure maximum visibility and citability of both the data and the scientific work as a whole.
The editorial board reserves the right to refuse publication of an article if the research data do not comply with the FAIR principles or if there is no reference to a repository with a DOI.
