| Annotation: | The activities of enterprises of transport construction and operation in terms of strategic development and reforming of railway transport of Ukraine are discussed. Special attention is paid to issues of adaptation of staff to new conditions and improving human resource capacity in enterprises of transport construction. Ways of improving the motivation of staff are presented. |
