Title:Features of methodological toolkit for organizational and economic support of innovative development of transport enterprises

Annotation:Methods. In the process of research, the methods of system analysis and synthesis were used to determine the key directions and relevant tools for implementing methodological tools within the framework of organizational and economic mechanisms for supporting the innovative development of a transport enterprise, comparative analysis was used to compare methodological approaches to organizational and economic support for the innovative development of enterprises, the generalization method allowed us to identify the main directions of innovative development of transport enterprises. Results. Based on the conducted research, the key directions for implementing methodological tools within the framework of organizational and economic mechanisms for supporting the innovative development of a transport enterprise were determined. Methodological approaches to organizational and economic support for the innovative development of enterprises in foreign and domestic theory and practice were generalized, and their comparative analysis was conducted. The directions for developing methodological approaches to organizational and economic support for the innovative development of transport enterprises, adapted to the specifics of the national economy and industry environment, were substantiated. Novelty. In the process of research, it was substantiated that the methodological tools of organizational and economic mechanisms for supporting the innovative development of transport enterprises should primarily focus on such priority areas as reducing transportation costs, improving the quality of services, ensuring sustainable development and attracting investments. Effective tools in this regard include strategic planning, management of innovative projects, economic analysis and assessment of efficiency, organizational design, information systems and technologies, and personnel motivation, which require mandatory adaptation to modern requirements. Theidentification of methodological approaches to organizational and economic support for the innovative development of enterprises provides an opportunity to choose the most effective one, taking into account the industry specifics of a particular enterprise in accordance with its strategic objectives. Practical value. The identified features of the methodological tools for organizational and economic support for the innovative development of transport enterprises will allow them to ensure stress resistance, adaptability to modern crisis challenges, and the ability to implement advanced technologies.
