Title: | Corporate culture as a tool for personnel management of transport industry enterprises in improving their competitiveness |

Annotation: | Methods. The methodological basis of the research is general scientific and specific methods such as analysis and synthesis. The results were obtained by applying the following methods: abstraction – to establish the essence of the concepts of «corporate culture»; grouping, analysis and synthesis – to establish the principles and determine the functions of corporate culture; systematization and comparison - when studying approaches to the formation of corporate culture at transport enterprises. Results. The specifics of the formation of corporate culture as a tool for personnel management at transport enterprises are identified. The essence of the concepts of «corporate culture» is determined, the meaning of this category is established. It is shown that most scientists focus on factors, models, principles, approaches to the formation of corporate culture to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Effective and modern practices for the formation of corporate culture of enterprises are recommended for use. Novelty. The issue of corporate culture as a tool for personnel management at transport enterprises and personnel competitiveness is generalized, the approaches of domestic scientists to defining the essence of the term “corporate culture” are analyzed. Key aspects of personnel competitiveness are highlighted, and the main tools for implementing measures to increase the role of corporate culture as a tool for personnel management at transport enterprises are also identified. Practical value. The proposed approach to defining the concepts of «corporate culture» will allow scientists to systematize theoretical approaches to managing transport enterprises and to apply effective tools and methods for forming corporate culture of transport enterprises in practice. |
