| Annotation: | Methods. This article substantiates the need to implement fundamental principles of logistics at a production transport enterprise, positioning them as the main systemic factor in increasing logistics efficiency and, as a result, reducing the total costs of the enterprise. Results. According to the results of the conducted scientific and theoretical analysis, it was found that Ukrainian production transport enterprises have ineffective management of logistics processes. This is an argument for the need to improve methods for reducing logistics costs of transport production enterprises that arise at all stages of the reproduction cycle. It was found that in the pursuit of reducing logistics costs, it is extremely important to conceptualize a production transport enterprise as a single logistics system. This system should be characterized by coordination and integration of all structural elements together with a thorough study of each business process. The issue of reducing the total logistics costs of a transport production enterprise is investigated. Novelty. An improved model for reducing logistics costs of transport production enterprises that arise at all stages of the reproduction cycle has been developed. Novelty. A universal model of a comprehensive approach to reducing logistics costs of a transport production enterprise was developed and grouped by the author by fundamental aspects, taking into account three main areas (cost determination system; cost timeframe; cost composition). Practical value. The obtained conclusions have applied significance for the mechanism of reducing costs at production transport enterprises of Ukraine. The elements of the proposed model function on the basis of cost control at the main three stages, which is the main tool for their regulation. Special attention is paid to the elements of the presented model, on the basis of which the statement is proved that it meets all the requirements for reducing costs and will be an optimal and practical lever to influence the minimization of costs of a production transport enterprise. |
