Annotation: | Methods. The research methodology involves a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical methods. First of all, a systematic approach is used to analyze state policy and the regulatory framework for international integration in healthcare. Then, based on retrospective analysis and the case-study method, the experience of implementing specific international projects in Ukraine is studied. Methods of statistical analysis and comparative assessment are also applied to determine the effectiveness of selected strategic priorities. Results. Based on the conducted research, it was found that the state management of international integration in healthcare in Ukraine has undergone significant transformations, which were accelerated by the country's foreign policy and the challenges of wartime. Previously, approaches to cooperation were sometimes fragmented, but the analysis showed that today there is a transition to a more systematic and strategically sound policy. It was found that the most successful are those projects that are based on a clear regulatory framework that meets European standards and are accompanied by effective coordination by state institutions. This allows not only to ensure transparency, but also to maximize the return on international assistance, directing it to solving the most pressing problems. The analysis also showed that the priority areas for further cooperation are attracting investments in medical rehabilitation, which is critically important for victims of war, as well as the implementation of European standards in the field of public health, which will allow Ukraine to better resist epidemiological threats. The digitalization of the medical system, which significantly improves the accessibility and quality of services, deserves special attention.Novelty. The novelty of the study lies in the systematization and analysis of Ukraine's experience in public administration of international integration in healthcare in the context of European integration. For the first time, effective models of cooperation that emerged in the period after the start of the full-scale invasion were identified and assessed. This allowed us to substantiate new strategic priorities and offer specific recommendations for improving public policy in this area. Practical value. The practical value of the study lies in the fact that its results can be used by public authorities to develop and implement more effective policies in the field of international cooperation in healthcare. The developed recommendations will allow optimizing integration processes, increasing the effectiveness of attracting international assistance, and ensuring the sustainable development of the medical industry in the context of European integration. |
