Title: | Competitiveness of the transport industry personnel of Ukraine in the conditions of european integration |

Annotation: | Methods. The results were obtained through the application of the following methods: comparative analysis – in the study of the main components of the impact on the company's personnel; theoretical generalization and system analysis – when researching directions of formation and ensuring the competitiveness of the company's personnel; classification of factors – in the formation of key components of ensuring the competitiveness of personnel of transport enterprises in the conditions of European integration. Results. Based on the research of approaches to determining the essential content of the concept of competitiveness, the article examines the views of domestic scientists on the factors of formation and improvement of the competitiveness of personnel and their classification into several levels. According to the most common classification, it is proposed to group all existing factors into blocks for the formation and improvement of the competitiveness of personnel. In accordance with the recommendations of the European Commission with the aim of forming a prosperous digital economy and a single digital market, it is noted the importance for the personnel of transport enterprises to have sufficient digital skills at their disposal in order to make the most of the economic and social benefits that digitalization processes represent. Novelty. Digitization of technologies requires certain changes and does not depend on economic, political, social and other problems of individual countries of the world. The success of digitization processes in the transport industry of Ukraine depends on the presence of appropriate specialists who have certain competencies and radical changes in the mentality of managers at different levels of management. The issue of personnel competitiveness at transport enterprises is summarized, the approaches of domestic and foreign scientists to the definition of the essence of the term «staff competitiveness» are analyzed, the key aspects of personnel competitiveness are highlighted, and the main tools for implementing measures to increase the role of personnel at transport enterprises are identified. Practical value. The results of the study of factors that influence the formation and improvement of the competitiveness of the personnel of the transport enterprise allow us to draw conclusions: the formation and improvement of the competitiveness of the personnel at the state level are influenced by external factors, at the level of the enterprise itself - by internal factors. The factors we have summarized affect the formation and improvement of the competitiveness of personnel, they are an interacting chain of measures that contribute to the formation of an effective management system for both personnel and the enterprise itself. |
