Title:Process approach in the management of digital changes in enterprises in the conditions of the circular economy

Annotation:Methods. In the process of researching the role of the process approach in the management of digital changes at enterprises in the conditions of the circular economy, methods of analysis and synthesis, empirical methods, induction and deduction techniques, graphic and logical methods were used. The methodological basis of the research is the method of compositional analysis, the results of which make it possible to compositionally and spatially outline the role of the process approach in the management of digital changes at enterprises in the conditions of the circular economy - for the formation of a hierarchical-compositional model of the system order of the implementation of the process approach in the management of digital changes at enterprises in the conditions of a circular economy economy. Results. The article improves the hierarchical-composite model of the implementation of the process approach in the management of digital changes at enterprises in the conditions of the circular economy, which is based on the systematic implementation and parameterization of effective management-spectral processes that comprehensively reflect the variability of economic interests and their balance in the model in the presence of potentially high-quality management solutions and consolidation of the integrated use of digital technologies, strategic vision, technological and financial flexibility and managerial response to changes in the digital industry in the era of the circular economy, which will ensure the consistency of information and digital technologies and the structural hierarchy of business processes, system compatibility and integration, effective exchange of process – digital data for making balanced management decisions. Novelty consists in the improvement of the hierarchical-compositional model of the implementation of the process approach in the management of digital changes at enterprises. Practical value. The hierarchical-composite model of the introduction of a process approach in the management of digital changes at enterprises in the conditions of a circular economy allows for the formation of a system-process and hierarchical parameterization of the activity of industrial enterprises at all financial and economic levels, taking into account the nature of interdependent influences and establishing a process-causal alignment for the most important security parameters of enterprises for of each trajectory of their strategic development.
