| Annotation: | The possibility of introduction of the balanced management at metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine through activation of innovative development is proved on the basis of analysis of the present conditions and factors of development of national Mining and Metallurgical Integrated Works. Advanced management system is integrated in the industrial system of metallurgical enterprise through the simplest elements of BSC (balanced score card) – tools, methods, techniques, technologies, and mechanisms. The criteria of strategy choice and adjustment in the process of balanced management are determined. |
