| Annotation: | The components of development are studied on the basis of general systems theory. The role of changes, superdevelopment, crisis, stabilization, stability, adaptability and diversity for the implementation of structural transformations in the national economy is justified. Especial significance of crises under the change of the structure of economy is pointed out, as well as six groups of system sustainability, which arise in the period of structural transformation of the economy. |
