| Title: | Stages of formation and implementation of public-private partnership projects in the field of healthcare |

| Annotation: | Methods. The results are obtained through the use of methods: theoretical generalization, scientific abstraction and systematic analysis – in the study of the stages of formation of publicprivate partnership projects in the field of health, comparative analysis – in quantitative analysis of health care institutions in Ukraine until 2023 by region. Results. It is determined that the role of the state and public administration bodies at each stage differs both in content and direct participation in the implementation of the public-private partnership project. Characteristics of the state’s place in the implementation of various forms of projects are presented in the context of various forms of project implementation (concession, joint activities and lease) for the following substantive components: general characteristics, resource supplier, labor participation, management, calculations, control, results. Novelty. As a result of the study, new mechanisms for the implementation of publicprivate partnerships in the field of health care were further developed. Practical value. The main directions of the implementation of public-private partnership in the field of health care should be proposed to increase the use of integrated property complexes of health care institutions that have lost state support. |
