| Annotation: | Methods. In the course of study, a wide range of scientific methods was used, in particular for the development of theoretical points – methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparative analysis, structural-logical, hypothetical-deductive, tabular method; graphical methods were used for greater completeness and clarity of the results display. Results. This article is devoted to the integration of approaches of the theory of crisis management into the enterprise economic security management system. The article provides a thorough analysis of the basic features of qualitative relationship between crisis management and economic security management system. A detailed analysis of the essence of economic security concept, and the key tasks facing this management system within the business agents is conducted. The hierarchical structure of target security states is considered, covering the state of stable functioning, the state of effective functioning and the state of progressive development, their brief description is given from the point of view of content, goals and adopted approaches in management. A comparative analysis of security and anti-crisis approaches to enterprise management is conducted. It is determined that anti-crisis management manifests itself in the form of monitoring-diagnostic and organizational-methodical component within the system of economic security of the enterprise. A brief description of each of the semantic components of crisis management identified in the study is given. Novelty consists in the specifics of the research, aimed at clarifying the place, role, proportionality and relationship of crisis management and economic security management system of the enterprise, identification of manifestation forms and dissemination of crisis management in the economic security management system. Practical value. The study provides the opportunities to ensure methodological coherence of the functioning and development of crisis management and economic security management system in the construction or improvement of appropriate systems in the economic practice of domestic enterprises. |
