Title:Conceptual approach to the management of advanced development of enterprises’ innovation potential

Annotation:Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the work of domestic and foreign scientists. The following methods are used: comparison and systematization - to identify the main modern trends in managing the advanced development of innovation potential of enterprises; deduction - to identify individual factors affecting the management of innovation potential; generalization and synthesis - to form a scientific approach to the management of the advanced development of innovation potential of enterprises. Results. Domestic enterprises need to form a proactive approach to managing innovation potential, which will allow them to provide the proper development and competitiveness. The paper presents the basics of conceptual approach to managing the advanced development of the innovative potential of enterprises. Its basic elements are identified and described: economic interests, knowledge, intellectual capital, innovation potential and innovation potential management. The main aspects of the influence of environment, risks, factors and innovation transformations on the management of innovation potential were determined. Factors influencing the management of advanced development of innovation potential of enterprises were substantiated and structured. The strategic directions of management of the advanced development of innovative potential of the enterprise in the context of the dynamic environment were suggested. Novelty. For the first time the elements of conceptual approach of management of advanced development of innovative potential of the enterprises in the form of a superstructure are presented and proved; links between the offered elements are revealed. Practical value. The results allow domestic enterprises to engage in managing their innovation potential in advanced development, in which case enterprises will be able to provide competitive advantages in their respective markets, which will contribute to the growth of investment and innovation climate in the country.
