| Annotation: | Methods. During the research, a set of general scientific methods of cognition was used, in particular, analysis – in the study of literary sources describing the specifics of the formation of the logistics services market, as well as highlighting the impact of logistics activities on the economic security of enterprises. The method of abstraction is used to determine the potential threats from the logistics market, to which a modern company is exposed, carrying out its activities in the field of logistics. On the basis of the general and specific method, the strategic directions of policy formation of the logistics firm in the context of economic security are determined. Results. The article examines the problems of economic security of enterprises and the impact on its parameters of the measures used to regulate the logistics services market, as well as modern trends in the development of logistics. Recommendations are offered regarding possible options for the formation of supply chain management policies by firms, in particular, taking into account the impact of digitization of business models. Special attention is paid to the phenomenon of the development of third-party logistics service providers and their virtual operators, taking into account the possibilities of using cloud computing technologies and artificial intelligence to process large data sets. Novelty. The strategic directions of the formation of the policy of regulation of the logistics services market, taking into account the processes of integration of our country into the European Union, have been determined. It has been proven that the regulation of the logistics services market creates risks for the economic security of enterprises, since the requirements for changing the business models of enterprises in accordance with the principles of the circular economy require additional management efforts and related costs. as well as related expenses. Practical value. The results of the research can be useful for the formation of conditions of economic security of firms that carry out their economic activities in the field of logistics. |
