Title:Industrial partnership as the basis of innovative development of business networks at the regional level

Annotation:Methods. The results were obtained with the application of methods: scientific abstraction – when establishing the essence of the concepts of «industrial partnership» and «industrial park»; theoretical analysis and generalization method – when studying industrial partnership as the basis of innovative development of business networks at the regional level. Results. The multivariate definitions of «industrial partnership» and «industrial park» by various economists were analyzed. It was established that the basis of industrial partnership is the cooperation of business networks (industrial parks, clusters), focused on the introduction of new technologies and products for their innovative development at the regional level. The structure of industrial parks of Ukraine was studied in terms of quantitative and qualitative parameters. Novelty. The author's definition of the concepts of «industrial partnership» and «industrial park» is proposed. The conditions that contribute to the formation and successful functioning of clusters in industrial parks are highlighted. It has been proven that industrial partnership is a driver of innovative development of the regional economy. Practical value is that the results of the study can be used to develop effective measures to stimulate the innovative development of regions through industrial partnerships and cluster initiatives. Factors and conditions that contribute to the successful functioning of industrial parks and clusters have been identified, which, in turn, contributes to the strengthening of the regional economy and the creation of a competitive environment capable of attracting new investments and positively influencing the socio-economic development of regions
