Annotation:	Progress trends and reasons of the crisis phenomena that take place at industrial enterprises are determined. The influence of basic factors changing dynamically under production internationalization, as well as the influence of strengthening of integration processes in a world economy, on the financial results of industrial enterprises is studied. The conditions of providing the effective functioning of industrial enterprises in a long-term perspective are outlined.
