Annotation:	The long-wave fluctuations are viewed as a trend of the global economy’s dynamics. The nature and mechanisms of the «long waves» deployment in the economy are analyzed. The factors that modify the mechanism of long-wave fluctuations are highlighted. The modern forms of longterm cycles manifestation are considered.
