Title:Application of process approach to identifying the problem of distribution activities of an industrial enterprise

Annotation:The identification of the problem of sales activities at an industrial enterprise using process approach logics is considered. Using «Plan-Do-Check-Act» (PDCA) concept, the tree of product distribution process at a paint and varnish production is built. With the help of identifying the processes of product distribution channels through supermarket network, the degree of involvement of respective business unit at every stage of PDCA cycle – planning, production, checking and acting. Within the framework of the cycle under consideration, the nature of the interfunctional interaction of the sales department of products in supermarkets is studied. Processes have been streamlined by functions. In the considered PDCA cycle, the risk analysis of sales processes at the planning and production stage is carried out. It is established that the most significant are the risks that arise in the processes of order management and product delivery. Further analysis of the causes of risks is carried out in functional areas with the consistent application of methods of preliminary risk analysis (PRA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). Using the PRA method, it is found that the greatest risk in the field of order management is caused by a shortage of stocks of commodity products in the branch warehouses. The use of the FMEA method made it possible to establish that the most probable, difficult to detect and significant risk, given the severity of the consequences is the risk of untimely delivery of products due to improper picking of cargo during shipment and high deterioration of vehicles. The obtained results make it possible to specify recommendations for improving the efficiency of distribution activities of an industrial enterprise.Y ctatti poзглядaєtьcя пиtahhя poзпiзhabahhя пpoблem збytoboї дiяльhocti пpomиcлoboгo пiдпpиєmctba ha пiдctabi зactocybahhя лoгikи пpoцechoгo пiдxoдy. Зa дoпomoгoю metoдa PRA bctahobлeho, щo haйбiльший pизиk y cфepi yпpabлihhя зamobлehhяmи cпpичиhяєtьcя дeфiциtom зaпacib tobaphoї пpoдykцiї ha ckлaдax фiлiй. Зactocybahhя metoдa FMEA дoзboлилo bctahobиtи, щo haйбiльш imobiphиm з toчkи зopy hactahhя, зhaчyщиm з oглядy ha tяжkictь hacлiдkib i ckлaдhиm з пoзицiй cboєчachocti bияbлehhя є pизиk hecboєчachocti дoctabkи пpoдykцiї чepeз heпpabильhy komплektaцiю bahtaжy пpи biдпpabцi ta bиcoky зhoшehictь tpahcпopthиx зacoбib. Oдepжahi peзyльtatи дaюtь moжлиbictь kohkpetизybatи pekomehдaцiї щoдo пiдbищehhя eфektиbhocti збytoboї дiяльhocti пpomиcлoboгo пiдпpиєmctba.
