Title:Strategic orientations for forming a management system for innovation-oriented development of industrial enterprises

Annotation:Methods. Generalization and systems analysis provided an opportunity to highlight that the change in the paradigm of the country's socio-economic development, foreign economic relations and other factors led to the restructuring of the priorities and structure of domestic industry, which led to the diversification of production or the termination of the activities of many enterprises. High-tech goods began to be bought abroad for funds received from the export of natural resources. Accordingly, in modern economic conditions, it is necessary to produce and implement strategic guidelines for the formation of a management system for innovation-oriented development of industrial enterprises. Results. The author determines in the article that the influence of the external environment on the activities of modern enterprises is characterized by uncertainty due to its complexity and constant dynamics of changes that have a significant impact on the functioning of industrial enterprises and require cardinal changes in the internal environment. In this regard, one of the most important elements of solving this problem is the formation of appropriate strategies for the formation of a management system for the innovation-oriented development of industrial enterprises and solutions to eliminate the negative impact of dynamics and uncertainty, taking into account the progressive conditions of society. Novelty. The principles of strategic planning in the management system of innovationoriented development of industrial enterprises are highlighted. It has been determined that one of the main directions for the development and implementation of strategic guidelines for the formation of a management system for the innovation-oriented development of industrial enterprises in modern economic conditions is the concept of resources, according to which the position of an industrial enterprise in the market is based on a unique combination of material and non-material resources, on effective management, priority is given to elements of innovative and intellectual capital. Strategic guidelines for the formation of a management system for innovation-oriented development of industrial enterprises are proposed. Practical value. It has been determined that the strategic guidelines for the formation of a management system for innovation-oriented development of industrial enterprises are in the use of innovative and creative tools to overcome or mitigate the consequences of the causes of loss of stability of an industrial enterprise, which can be used at various stages of its development.
