Annotation:	Scientific and methodological basics of pricing lands reclamated under open-cast mining conditions are generalised and improved. Pricing techniques for lands of technogenic origin are introduced based on the mechanism of their profitability potential formation during post-industrial exploitation. The components of reclamated land pricing are substantiated as the methodological basis of determining its reclamation level. Recommendations for economical and organisational maintenance of reclamated land pricing are developed. The methodological approach to definition of the purpose of the disturbed lands reclamation is offered.
