Title:Methodological justification of the directions of improvement of qualification of the personnel of the enterprise

Annotation:Methods. The results of the study were obtained by applying the following methods: mathematical modeling – in assessing the effectiveness of measures to improve the skills of enterprise personnel; statistical – in determining the effectiveness of staff training programs, determining the appropriate set of seminars for training by category of staff; scientific generalization and systematization – in substantiating the directions of development of the system of advanced training of the personnel of the enterprise. Results. There is substantiated the necessity of advanced training of the enterprise personnel as a component of formation of its production potential. There are defined the methodical bases of realization of expert estimations of efficiency of carrying out of seminars for the personnel of the enterprise, as well as the choice of their maintenance on directions of advanced training. Calculations of the degree of agreement of experts' opinions on the areas of staff training is made. The methodical approach on coordination of spending of financial resources of the enterprise on advanced training of its personnel with resource possibilities is defined. Novelty. There are provided methodical bases of expediency estimation of financial resources spending of the enterprise on carrying out of actions for improvement of professional skill of workers. The methodical approach on an estimation of expediency of carrying out of directions of seminars on advanced training on categories of workers is defined. A mathematical model for selecting the optimal set of training seminars is proposed. Practical value. The results of the study allow us to establish the most appropriate set of measures to improve the skills of the company's staff by category of employees in order to maximize the efficiency of spending financial resources in this area.
