Title:Foreign experience of using digital technologies in personnel management of transport enterprises

Annotation:Methods. The methodological basis is determined by the specifics of the selected objects and the subject of the study. To achieve the goal and solve the tasks, general scientific methods of cognition were used: induction and deduction, the method of analysis and synthesis, abstraction, systemstructural approach, historical and logical methods, The study used methods of critical analysis of literature, in the process of which a study of scientific publications, journal articles and reports of international organizations was conducted to assess existing theories and practices of personnel management of transport enterprises Results. This work is determined by its relevance in the context of responding to challenges arising in the globalized, technologically advanced and culturally diverse world of business. The above factors indicate the need to implement a systemic approach to personnel management in transport enterprises to ensure their sustainability, competitiveness and successful adaptation to a dynamic environment. The introduction of features of American, Japanese and Western European management models into the Ukrainian management model will ensure its successful functioning. Each of the large number of models of labor motivation has its own characteristics and a unique nature of activity. Motivation models from Japan and the USA are also mostly important. Novelty. The expansion of remote work and the formation of global teams requires HR management to develop strategies for effective virtual communication, adaptation to time zones and cultural differences. The importance of developing talents in different regions is a key factor in the success of transport enterprises, which involves individualized organizations. The constant challenges of the personnel crisis and personnel retention in the modern world require innovative approaches in HR management to ensure a high level of job satisfaction and retention of the most valuable employees. Such an important need for a systemic approach indicates the need to integrate innovations into all aspects of HR processes, from recruiting to leadership development. This research is critical for the successful functioning of transport enterprises in the global business environment. Practical value. The directions of development of various tools for effective formation of personnel development using foreign experience of use of digital technologies, which allows to provide the transport enterprise with highly qualified and competitive personnel, capable to quickly cope with the tasks, to demonstrate sufficient level of professional competences and experience, to become a part of the team and to find a common language with the immediate supervisor, have been formed. The significance of foreign experience of the USA, Japan, Germany, France and other countries for solving tasks that influence reduction of costs of personnel management, reduction of personnel turnover, improvement of indicators of efficiency of its work is substantiated.
