Annotation: | Methods. In the process of work, a set of scientific methods was used, which provided a deep disclosure of the researched issues. The method of analysis and synthesis was used to study the current state of digital transformation in Ukraine, to identify strengths and weaknesses in the development of digital infrastructure and services for business and communities. The comparison method allowed to compare regional results of digitalization, in particular data from the Digital Transformation Index of Territorial Communities, with national trends. The tools of the structural-functional approach provided the opportunity to build the author's model of digital interaction between the community and business as a component of the strategy for increasing regional competitiveness. Results. It has been proven that the digitalization of community-business interaction is one of the key factors of regional competitiveness, as it creates the prerequisites for increasing the transparency of management, simplifying interaction procedures and stimulating entrepreneurial activity. Analysis of the regional Community Digitalization Index indicates the accumulated positive experience of digitalization, which can become the basis for the formation of typical models of community-business interaction. The proposed model of digital interaction demonstrates that the integration of e-government tools, open data platforms, digital services for entrepreneurs and public participation mechanisms creates a synergistic effect that directly affects the competitiveness of regions. Novelty. An adaptive model of digital interaction between the community and business has been substantiated, which considers the specifics of the military and post-war context of the development of Ukraine. Unlike existing approaches, it involves a combination of innovative technologies with mechanisms of public control, which allows building trust between business, the community and local governments. The developed model is considered as a tool for ensuring economic sustainability and a factor in attracting investment to the regions. Practical value. The results of the study can be used by state authorities and local governments in the formation of strategies for the digital transformation of regions. The proposed approaches allow to increase the efficiency of e-government, create conditions for the development of entrepreneurship based on digital services, and ensure a more transparent and effective process of restoration of territories in the post-war period. In a broader context, the study forms a scientific and practical basis for the development of an integrated state policy of digitalization, which will contribute not only to economic growth, but also to social stability and resilience of Ukraine in the face of global challenges. |
