| Title: | Development of strategic configuration of investment policy for industrial parks |

| Annotation: | Methods. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic, configurational, and clusterintegration approach, which allowed us to consider the investment policy of industrial parks as a multi-component system with a high level of interdependence between elements. To build a strategic configuration, methods of structural-logical analysis and assessment of interrelationships between financial, institutional, managerial, and infrastructural parameters were used. Results. The article proposes a conceptual model for building a strategic configuration of investment policy, which consists of institutional and regulatory, financial and economic, managerial and organizational, and innovative and infrastructural blocks. Novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the conceptualization of the construction of a strategic configuration of investment policy for industrial parks as an integrated system of interrelated elements that ensure the long-term sustainability of investment development. The structure of the strategic configuration is substantiated, built on the principles of configuration, clusterintegration, and system-component approaches, with the identification of four basic blocks and a system of their interaction. Practical value of the obtained results lies in the fact that the proposed strategic configuration can be used as a tool for strategic planning for local governments, managing entities, and state institutions that coordinate the development of industrial parks. Its application will contribute to increasing the level of investment activity, developing partnership networks, more efficient use of budget funds, and attracting international investors. |
