Annotation:Methods. The study was conducted using a systems analysis and comparison of health resorts in Ukraine. Methods of analysis and synthesis of data from open sources (scientific publications, official directories and tourist sites) were used, which allowed classifying the natural healing resources of resorts and establishing typical health procedures. Systematization and classification methods were used to group resort waters by main healing factors and natural resources. Results. As a result of the study, the characteristics of leading Ukrainian resorts were systematized, the main healing factors and a typical set of procedures were determined, which include drinking therapy, balneotherapy, mud therapy and physiotherapy. It was found that the therapeutic effect of mineral waters depends on the level of mineralization and the presence of organic or gas components. In particular, the diuretic, anti-inflammatory and relaxation effects of waters were identified depending on their chemical composition. It is shown that resorts contribute not only to the improvement of vacationers, but also to the development of medical and tourist infrastructure of regions and the implementation of safe tourist routes. Novelty. The work summarizes data on the medical resources of resorts of Ukraine and investigates the correlation between the chemical composition of mineral waters (the level of mineralization and the presence of organic or gas components) and the nature of the therapeutic effect (diuretic, anti-inflammatory, relaxing). Practical value. It is recommended to implement ISO 9001 quality standards and sanitary protocols, improve service (training medical guides, organization of safe routes) and develop specialized health programs taking into account the needs of different categories of tourists. The proposed measures are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of resorts and stimulating the economic development of regions through the integration of medical and tourist infrastructure.
