| Annotation: | Methods. In the course of the research the following methods were applied: method of scientific abstraction to identify the main characteristics of Ukraine's interaction with international financial organizations – areas of cooperation, forms and mechanisms of financing, financing instruments, obligations; analysis and synthesis of trends in Ukraine's interaction with international financial organizations; statistical and graphical methods – for assessing the dynamics of international financial assistance to Ukraine, justifying the purpose and sources of project financing; comparison of partnership relations between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund, World Bank Group, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Results. The article characterizes the history of relationship development, directions and forms of cooperation between Ukraine and international financial organizations – IMF, EBRD, World Bank. The instruments and obligations used by these organizations for lending to Ukraine and the portfolio of projects implemented in the Ukrainian economy at the present stage have been analyzed and compared. The analysis of the structure of international financial assistance to Ukraine received from international organizations in 2022–2025 has been conducted. The main trends of Ukraine's interaction with international financial organizations have been systematized, and the main challenges, results, potential opportunities, threats and barriers in the interaction process have been substantiated. Promising directions for Ukraine's interaction with international financial organizations in the context of reviving Ukrainian economy have been proposed. Novelty lies in identifying and analyzing the challenges, results, potential opportunities, threats and barriers to Ukraine's interaction with the IMF, World Bank and EBRD, as well as in comparing different assistance and financing programs offered by these organizations. Proposals have been provided regarding the directions of economic interaction between Ukraine and international financial organizations during the period of recovery of Ukraine's economy during and after the war. Practical value of the research results is that they can be used by public administration bodies and local governments to form policies for economic interaction with international financial organizations, develop strategic plans for economic development and recovery of Ukraine's economy after the war, and more rational use of financial assistance through implemented projects and programs. |
