| Title: | Conceptual model of integrated management of economic, environmental and social aspects of enterprise development |

| Annotation: | Methods. The research methodology was based on the use of systemic and interdisciplinary approaches, which allowed for a comprehensive consideration of the relationship between economic, environmental and social aspects of sustainable development and industrial modernization. To reveal the evolution of the concept of sustainable development, methods of retrospective and comparative analysis were used, which made it possible to establish the patterns of its transformation under the influence of global environmental, social and technological factors. The assessment of the role of digital technologies and Industry 4.0 was carried out on the basis of structural and functional analysis, which allowed determining their integrated role in increasing the efficiency, resource conservation and greening of industrial enterprises. Results. As a result of the study, it was established that the concept of sustainable development of a modern industrial enterprise is formed on the basis of the integration of economic, environmental and social parameters that determine the vector of modernization transformations. It is proven that digital technologies and Industry 4.0 tools are key drivers of increasing resource efficiency, reducing environmental burden and ensuring adaptability of business models. It is analyzed that companies that implement environmental management systems, integrated reporting and socially responsible practices achieve increased competitiveness and enhanced interaction with stakeholders. Based on the generalization of theoretical approaches, a conceptual model of integrated management was formed, which combines strategic, operational and information components into a single decision-making system. It is substantiated that the integration of the resource approach and the concept of sustainability ensure the formation of an adaptive development model that allows enterprises to withstand the instability of the external environment. Based on the analysis, it was determined that the proposed model of integrated management is an effective tool for supporting strategic decisions. Novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a conceptual model of integrated management of sustainable development of industrial enterprises, which for the first time combines economic, environmental and social guidelines into a single strategic system. A methodological approach to taking into account resource constraints is proposed, which treats them not as constraining factors, but as drivers of innovation, digitalization and ecological modernization. Practical value of the study lies in the possibility of using the developed conceptual model of integrated sustainable development management to form effective strategies for the modernization of industrial enterprises in conditions of resource constraints and economic instability. The proposed methodological approaches can be applied to improve the management accounting system, assess ESG indicators, prepare integrated reporting, and develop social and environmental practices. |
