| Title: | Impact of personnel development management on the processes of change in enterprises’ activities in the digital economy and wartime |

| Annotation: | Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the conducted study is the work of domestic and foreign scholars and the application of methods such as: scientific abstraction, systematization, and generalization – in the process of examining the main modern approaches to the economic content of change management; structural-logical – for constructing the logic of the research, identifying causal relationships between personnel development management and change management in the enterprise; logical generalization – for developing of recommendations and conclusions. Results. The importance of the effective adaptation of business entities (BEs) to new challenges in conditions of martial law and their ability to change strategies according to new requirements has been emphasized. The significance of digitalization for creating more efficient business processes, ensuring their adaptability, and improving competitiveness and efficiency has been highlighted. The necessity of internal organizational readiness for changes due to the development of an adaptive learning culture among staff has been substantiated. Attention is drawn to the importance of applying personnel technologies, enhancing staff motivation, and developing leadership and corporate culture for the effective use of human capital. The advisability of implementing holacratic management principles to stimulate employees' innovative activities and improve their competencies is indicated. The main directions for increasing the efficiency of change management for modern domestic enterprises are outlined. Novelty. Approaches to defining the content of change management have been generalized. The importance of managing personnel development within the change management system has been substantiated. Directions for overcoming the gap between the technological potential of innovations at the enterprise and the ability of personnel to master them have been formulated. Practical value. The recommendations formulated in the article are aimed at improving the effectiveness of change management in enterprises and can be useful for enterprises and organizations seeking to adapt to changes and ensure not only survival but also sustainable development and competitiveness in the face of changing and unstable external environment. |
