Title:Strategizing as a driver of change in the transport industry in the context of sustainable development and digital transformation

Annotation:Methods. The methods used in the article for conducting research are: analysis, synthesis, system approach, process approach theoretical generalization - to generalize proposals and form a sequence of strategy; structural-logical approach - to highlight the features of the course of the stages of strategy in the conditions of modern realities in the context of sustainable development and digital transformation of the transport industry in conditions of change and uncertainty due to military aggression and occupation. Results. The changes in the transport industry since the beginning of full-scale aggression have been studied, indicating a deep decrease in its activity. Hostilities have become a determining factor in the aggravation of the crisis, as they led to the destruction of transport infrastructure, temporary occupation of parts of the territory and increased risks for transport. The directions of strategic management of transport enterprises in the condition of real challenges have been determined. The feasibility of using strategizing for the economic development of transport enterprises as a guarantee of long-term effective functioning in the transport services market has been analyzed and practically substantiated. The key strategic directions of development of transport enterprises have been determined, which contribute to achieving stable economic growth and competitiveness, adaptation to changes in the market environment, effective use of resources and achievement of sustainable development goals. The results confirm that the effective implementation of digital technologies can ensure sustainable growth of national and global transport markets. Novelty. It has been proven that strategizing is a modern management approach that integrates analysis, planning and implementation of strategic decisions in conditions of constant uncertainty. Strategizing is a new area of professional knowledge, a separate branch of economic knowledge within the professional sphere. Analysis and systematization of factors affecting the sustainable development of transport allow a constructive approach to determining specific conditions for ensuring sustainable development in the domestic transport sector. The novelty of this study lies in the identification and analytical generalization of key vectors of digital transformation of the transport industry of Ukraine with an emphasis on their strategic management potential. Practical value consists in creating an effective system of development strategy, which allows enterprises to adapt to changing market conditions, improve the quality of transport services and ensure sustainable economic growth in the context of digital transformation and sustainable development.
