| Annotation: | Methods. The study of investment process management at an enterprise in the context of digital transformation is based on a comprehensive combination of theoretical and practical research methods that provide a systematic approach to assessing the effectiveness of investments and adapting management decisions to the digital environment. Systematization and generalization – in comparison of traditional and digital approaches to planning, evaluating, controlling and organizing investment activities; formation of structured tables and models of transformation of management processes. Expert assessment method – in identification of key factors for the successful implementation of digital projects and priority areas of risk management based on the experience of practitioners and research in the field of the digital economy. Results. Digital transformation significantly changes approaches to investment process management, increasing the role of flexible strategic planning, cross-functional interaction and project approach. It was found that effective integration of digital technologies into the investment management system contributes to reducing financial risks and increasing the adaptability of the enterprise to changes in the external environment. Modern sources of financing for digital projects were analyzed, including venture financing, crowdfunding, strategic partnerships and participation in digital ecosystems that ensure flexibility and stability of investment flows. A comprehensive system for assessing the effectiveness of digital investments was developed, combining financial and non-financial indicators, including digital maturity, level of automation and impact on the quality of management decisions. Novelty. For the first time, the transformation of investment process management at an enterprise has been systematically analyzed, taking into account the impact of digital technologies and new sources of financing, such as venture financing, crowdfunding and digital ecosystems. A comprehensive methodology for assessing the effectiveness of digital investments has been proposed, combining financial and non-financial indicators, including the level of digital maturity, automation of business processes and the impact on management decisions. Practical value. The results of the study can be used by enterprises to improve the effectiveness of investment process management in the context of digital transformation. The proposed methods for assessing the effectiveness and risk management of digital investments allow optimizing the allocation of resources and making informed management decisions. The practical application of the developed approaches contributes to strengthening the competitive position of the enterprise, increasing its adaptability and sustainable development in the modern dynamic market environment. |
