| Annotation: | Methods. The methodological basis of the study was the works of leading domestic and foreign scientists, the methodology and systemic principles of conducting comprehensive scientific research based on systemic, integrated and analytical approaches. The methods used in the article for conducting research are: analysis, synthesis, systemic approach, process approach theoretical generalization – to generalize proposals and determine outsourcing and competitive advantages in the context of managing the innovative potential of a motor transport enterprise. Results. One of the main factors of the effective operation of a motor transport enterprise is the process of searching for new innovative forms and improving existing ones, improving technologies, materials or products, which helps to ensure constant growth in demand and increase profitability. A modern tool for optimizing activities is outsourcing. Outsourcing is currently the most popular business concept used in many companies and industries around the world. It has been proven that outsourcing allows to optimally reduce the scale of the organization, reduce the number of personnel, reduce costs and direct all possible efforts to the development of priority areas. Practice shows that business processes in the field of personnel selection, in the banking sector, insurance and logistics, document management, repair work, IT services, accounting, legal support are increasingly being outsourced. The results confirm that the effective implementation of digital technologies can ensure sustainable growth of innovative transport markets. Novelty. Outsourcing of road freight transport creates many opportunities for the development of this area. Thanks to the outsourcing of innovative logistics tasks, companies gain access to well-established transport networks, distribution channels and local knowledge, which contributes to the development of international trade and the elimination of logistics barriers in new markets. The innovative path transforms transport from a basic industry into a high-tech service ecosystem that generates added value, facilitates business and opens up new opportunities for the export of Ukrainian products Practical value. It consists in creating an effective system for applying outsourcing in the context of managing the innovative potential of a road transport enterprise, its development, which allows enterprises to adapt to changing crisis and military conditions, improve the quality of transport services and ensure sustainable economic growth in the context of digital transformation and sustainable development. |
