| Annotation: | Methods. The methodological basis of the study is the systemic, process and risk-oriented approaches to enterprise management. The work uses the methods of theoretical generalization and scientific abstraction – to clarify the essence of the integration of risk management and economic security; system analysis – to study the relationships between the components of the risk management system and economic security; comparative analysis – to evaluate existing approaches to risk management; modeling – to develop an integrated system of risk management and economic security of an enterprise. Results. As a result of the study, the need for the integration of the risk management system and economic security of an enterprise in conditions of high uncertainty of external environment is substantiated. The essence and key principles of the integrated approach to risk management and ensuring economic security are determined. The relationship between risk management processes and functional components of the economic security of an enterprise is analyzed. An author's model of an integrated system has been developed, which combines environmental monitoring, risk identification and assessment, information and analytical support, management decision-making, risk control and assessment of the effectiveness of security measures. Novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a conceptual model of an integrated system of risk management and economic security of an enterprise, which ensures the coordination of risk management processes with the functional components of economic security. Theoretical provisions on the content and mechanism of integration of risk management and economic security have been improved based on comprehensive consideration of modern economic, digital and security challenges. Practical value. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of using the proposed integrated system by business entities to increase the effectiveness of risk management, timely detection and neutralization of threats, strengthening economic security, increasing competitiveness and ensuring sustainable development of the enterprise in an unstable external environment. The results of the research can also be used in scientific developments and the educational process on risk management and economic security of enterprises. |
