| Title: | Systemic-analytical basis of risk management at a manufacturing enterprises |

| Annotation: | Methods. A corporate approach to risk management is examined through the example of one global corporation’s practice, with a focus on building a risk-aware culture, integrating risk management into organizational processes, and supporting well-informed decision-making. Special attention is given to a system approach, where the enterprise is viewed as a complex, multi-level system in which risks emerge from the interaction of numerous internal and external factors. Results. The article analyzes in detail the practices of occupational safety risk management as a priority area of risk management at an enterprise. The introduction of a safety culture, the use of risk assessment procedures, near miss audits, personnel training, digital monitoring tools, and employee motivation systems are described. It was shown that safety risk management is integrated with quality, environmental, and sustainable development management systems. Operational management risks and mechanisms for reducing them at the level of functional units of the enterprise are separately considered. Examples of organizational and analytical risk management tools are given, in particular, the use of ERP systems, indicator dashboards, deviation analysis, and internal reporting. Novelty. Unlike purely theoretical research, the article is of an applied nature and is based on the analysis of the risk management practices of Ukrainian manufacturing company «Amcor SC Ukraine» LLC, a part of Amcor global corporation. Practical value. It was concluded that the combination of systemic and analytical approaches allows not only minimizing the negative consequences of risks, but also creates the prerequisites for increasing the efficiency, stable development and competitiveness of the enterprise in the long term. |
