| Annotation: | Methods. During the study, the methods of scientific generalization were used – when determining the essence of the categories «human resources», «digital transformation», «sustainable development», «digitalization», «digital economy»; analysis and synthesis – to clarify the trends and forms of development of digitalization processes; logical analysis – when establishing the relationship between human resources development indicators in the conditions of digital transformation and sustainable development of Ukraine. Results. The article analyzes theoretical approaches to defining the concepts of «digitalization», «digital economy», «digital transformation». The features of managing human resources development in the conditions of digitalization, transformation and sustainable development are studied. The significance of digital transformation processes in society is defined as the transition to new ways of working and thinking using digital, social, mobile and new technologies. The main digital systems of the digitized environment are characterized. It is emphasized that the functioning of the digital economy, based on digital systems, occurs, firstly, due to the presence of a special infrastructure formed using hardware and software, telecommunications; secondly, specific business models that function based on the use of computer networks within the framework of virtual interaction; The features of human resource development management in the context of digitalization, transformation and sustainable development are revealed. The essence of human resources, their definition and conditions of formation are analyzed. The indicators of the development of the digital economy, digital transformation and sustainable development are considered, and a direct relationship between them is established. Novelty. The correspondence between the indicators of human resource development, digital economy, digital transformation and sustainable development is established. The features of human resource development management in the context of digitalization, transformation and sustainable development are revealed. Practical value. The results of the study can be used in the process of analyzing the level of human resource development in the context of digital transformation and sustainable development of Ukraine. |
