Annotation:Methods. The methodological foundation of this study consists of the systems, functional, and process approaches. The systems approach was used to examine a multi-agent system as a holistic set of interconnected elements whose functioning is directed toward achieving a common management goal. The functional approach was applied to determine the specialization of individual AI agents in accordance with specific tasks related to managing an enterprise’s creativity. The process-based approach was used to model the sequence of transforming information about changes in the external and internal environments into creative management decisions. Results. The feasibility of using artificial intelligence-based multi-agent systems as a tool for managing corporate creativity in the context of transformational change has been substantiated. A functional structure for the «CreativeFlow MAS» multi-agent system is proposed, which involves the interaction of specialized AI agents to monitor changes, analyze information, generate and evaluate ideas, develop employees’ creative potential, coordinate team interaction, and support managerial decision-making. The sequence of the system’s operation is defined according to the logic: «monitoring changes – analyzing information – identifying problems – generating alternatives – evaluating – managerial decision – implementation – evaluating results – learning». It has been demonstrated that integrating compliance checks against international standards directly into the creative analytics process reduces the time from idea to implementation by 35–40%. Novelty. The scientific novelty lies in the development of a conceptual approach to managing an enterprise’s creativity based on a multi-agent artificial intelligence system, whose functional components specialize in talent search, personnel development, analytics, environmental monitoring, idea generation and evaluation, and coaching. Unlike the unsystematic use of individual AI tools, the proposed approach involves integrating them into a unified management cycle aimed at transforming information about environmental changes into creative management decisions while simultaneously verifying compliance with international standards (ESG, ISO, GDPR). Practical value. The practical significance of the proposed approach lies in its potential for use by enterprises to transition from the isolated application of generative AI to the systematic organization of interactions among specialized AI agents. The proposed architecture can be adapted for enterprises in the real sector of the economy, particularly large industrial companies that possess vast amounts of data, have complex business processes, and need to increase their responsiveness to changes.
