Title:Organizational and economic support for socially oriented development of regional enterprises under structural transformations
Author:Surai A. M., V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University
Annotation:Methods. The methodological basis of the study comprises the systems, structural-functional, and stakeholder approaches, which made it possible to consider the socially oriented development of enterprises as a complex process of coordinating economic, social, organizational, and regional interests under structural transformations. To develop the organizational and economic support framework, the methods of theoretical generalization and systematization, structural-functional and logical analysis, comparison, and scientific abstraction were applied. Results. The article develops the conceptual foundations of organizational and economic support for socially oriented development of regional enterprises under structural transformations. The content of organizational and economic support is clarified as an integrated system of principles, actors, resources, organizational forms, economic instruments, management processes, and control and analytical procedures. Its structural configuration is substantiated through six interrelated blocks. A methodological approach to assessing the level of organizational and economic support is proposed. Novelty. The scientific novelty of the study lies in further developing the theoretical and methodological support for socially oriented development of regional enterprises by integrating the corporate and regional levels of management within a unified system of organizational and economic support. Its structural and component configuration has been improved through the combination of six functionally interrelated blocks, and the necessity of considering enterprise adaptability to technological, organizational, sectoral, spatial, institutional, and socio-demographic transformations has been substantiated. The proposed approach ensures the transformation of stakeholder’s needs and expectations into strategic objectives, managerial decisions, and measurable socio-economic outcomes for both the enterprise and the region. Practical value. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the proposed organizational and economic support framework to substantiate managerial decisions concerning the socially oriented development of regional enterprises and to assess economic capacity, social performance, the quality of stakeholder interaction, organizational adaptability, and regional impact. The proposed approach provides a basis for the differentiated selection of managerial tools in accordance with the nature of structural transformations and facilitates the transition from fragmented social practices to systemic management of the socio-economic outcomes of enterprise development and the territory in which it operates.
