Annotation:	The expedience of application of the business value conception as a criterion of the enterprise efficiency is substantiated. The model of constructing balanced metrics has been worked out which realizes the concept of business value maximization by means of a strategic target chart and discounting of expected cash flows of the enterprise. The algorithm of methods of enterprise efficiency estimation has been provided based on the business value conception.
