| Title: | Factors of cross-border cooperation development with member states in ukraine (on the example of odessa region) |

| Annotation: | The current state of the cross-border cooperation development in the Odessa oblast is investigated and its main factors are identified. On the basis of the results of a survey of entrepreneurs who live in this region a number of management problems of local authorities in the organization and development of the cross-border cooperation are revealed. Ways of improvement of the efficiency of cross-border economic cooperation of Odessa oblast with the EU countries within the improvement of the regional program of cross-border cooperation and the developments of effective mechanisms of its implementation in the Odessa oblast are outlined. |
