Annotation:Methods. The results were obtained through the use of general and specific methods of scientific knowledge: generalization – when considering the main directions of development of the market of charging stations for electric vehicles in Ukraine and the world; comparison – when determining the structure of the charging station market and correlation with the electric vehicle market; a systematic approach is used to determine the main prospects for the development of charging stations for electric vehicles. Results. The state and prospects for the development of the electric vehicle market in Ukraine have been analyzed. The state of the existing infrastructure of charging stations has been considered: number, distribution, types of stations and their capacity. The main problems of the market of charging stations for electric vehicles in Ukraine have been identified. It has been found that the change in the share of electric vehicles in Ukraine will repeat the global trend. It has been established that the market of electric vehicles in Ukraine demonstrates an annual increase. A strong correlation between the market of electric vehicles and electric charging stations has been identified: the growth in demand for electric vehicles leads to an increase in demand for charging stations, which in turn contributes to the development of the electric vehicle market. It has been proven that in recent years, the electric vehicle market in Ukraine has grown, which has led to an increase in demand for charging stations. The main directions of development of the charging station market in Ukraine have been formed, which consist in changing the types of connectors and the presence of a tendency to standardization, which allows manufacturers of electric vehicles and charging stations to create universal devices that can be used for different car models. Technological trends and typical user behavior patterns suggest that DC fast charging stations, unlike AC stations, will typically involve charging more than one electric vehicle at a time. Novelty. During the research, key technological trends in the charging station market were formulated, such as form factor, number of simultaneously charged electric vehicles, connector types, location and method of installation. Practical value. Problems and prospects for business development in the market of charging stations for electric vehicles in Ukraine have been identified.
