| Annotation: | Methods. The results of the study were carried out on the basis of using systems analysis methods – when highlighting the components of the model of innovative development of an enterprise; method of scientific abstraction – when determining the results of the influence of external and internal environment on the effectiveness of the innovative development of an enterprise; general and specific – when studying the calculated indicators of the balanced system of indicators for assessing the innovative model of enterprise development. Results. The article provides a comprehensive theoretical and analytical review of the innovative model of enterprise development, in particular its essence and significance, highlights the components of the innovative development model of an enterprise operating in unstable conditions, highlights the impact of internal and external environment on the performance of business entities, examines the main factors that significantly affect the effectiveness of innovative activity, and proposes to assess the impact of certain factors using a balanced system of indicators. It is studied that the effectiveness of innovative activity depends on the analysis of external and internal factors, which it is advisable to use as tools in the system of indicators: results of work with consumers, general performance indicators, performance indicators in internal structural units, and the effectiveness of the work of employees involved. Novelty. Taking into account the used relationship between the dynamic environment at the micro- and macroeconomic levels and the requirements of modern innovative business development, it is proposed to evaluate the results of its activities using the tools of a balanced scorecard. Practical value. The activities of enterprises in conditions of instability are faced with certain changes that can affect changes in quantitative and qualitative indicators of production and economic activity. Such changes can be planned and provide for certain requirements for the implemented directions of innovative development. The practical implementation of the innovative model of enterprise development leads to significant shifts at the micro and macro levels of its activity. The proposed system of indicators of the innovative development model provides for the balancing of four groups of indicators, which together will show a holistic picture of the impact of implemented innovations on the enterprise. |
