| Title: | Formation of an organizational and economic model for implementing innovation based on digital technologies |

| Annotation: | Methods. The methodological basis of the study was general scientific and specific methods of cognition, in particular analysis and synthesis – to generalize scientific approaches to digital transformation and innovative development; systemic and structural-logical approach – to form an integrated model of organizational and economic support for digital innovations; comparative analysis – to identify barriers and factors of digitalization efficiency; modeling – to develop a visualized multi-level model of innovation implementation based on digital technologies. Results. The article summarizes modern scientific approaches to the digital transformation of enterprises and identifies key organizational and economic directions for the implementation of digital innovations. The need to integrate digital initiatives with the general development strategy of the enterprise, investment policy and change management mechanisms is substantiated. An integrated structural and logical model of organizational and economic support for digital innovations is proposed, covering the strategic, organizational, economic, institutional and technological levels, as well as the feedback and continuous improvement mechanism. It is proven that the synergistic interaction of the above levels forms the prerequisites for increasing the competitive positions of enterprises in the digital environment. Novelty. Formation of a holistic organizational and economic model of innovation implementation based on digital technologies, which, unlike fragmented approaches, integrates strategic, institutional, investment, personnel and technological components into a single system. There has been expanded the theoretical understanding of digital innovations as a factor of interindustry integration and transformation of business models, which ensures the formation of sustainable competitive advantages of enterprises. Practical value. The practical value of the research lies in the possibility of using the proposed model for developing a digital strategy for enterprises, planning and implementing innovative projects, improving financing mechanisms and assessing the effectiveness of digital initiatives. The results can be applied in the activities of business entities in various industries, public administration bodies and in the formation of public-private partnership programs in the field of digital development. |
