| Title: | Concepts of the influence of intellectual capital on the innovative development of transport complex enterprises |

| Annotation: | Methods. The research used the method of scientific abstraction – to clarify the essence of the category «intellectual capital»; the method of generalization – to identify the stages of research into the problems of intellectual capital; the method of analysis and synthesis – to determine the mechanisms of influence of intellectual capital on the innovative development of transport complex enterprises. Results. It has been researched and determined that in the modern concept of economic development, it is intellectual capital that becomes a decisive factor in the growth of national wealth, affects innovative development, increases the competitiveness of the enterprise, the country and raises the standard of living of the population. It has been proven that the leading vector in the study of intellectual capital of transport complex enterprises should be solving the problems of its transformation, as well as developing tools for transferring its elements into tangible and innovative assets of enterprises. Novelty. The priorities of intellectual capital management of transport complex enterprises are determined, concepts of influence on the innovative development of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty are studied. There is given the author's definition of intellectual capital as a set of enterprise’s intangible assets which in the process of reproduction create intellectual added value and contribute to the growth of its income and increase in competitiveness. Practical value. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of transport complex enterprises in terms of intellectual capital management and increasing their competitiveness. |
