| Title: | Conceptual foundations for the formation of business planning of foreign economic activity and business processes of risk management |

| Annotation: | Methods. The methodological basis of the research includes a combination of general scientific and specific methods, in particular analysis and synthesis, comparison, a systemic approach, as well as methods of generalization of theoretical provisions and practical experience of business planning in the field of foreign economic activity. The study examines the theoretical and applied foundations of business planning in the field of foreign economic activity of enterprises under conditions of globalization and digital transformation of the economy. The role of the business plan as a key instrument of strategic management is determined, as it ensures the substantiation of managerial decisions, enhances competitiveness, and facilitates enterprises’ adaptation to dynamic changes in the international environment. Approaches to forming the structure of a business plan are generalized, and the factors influencing its effectiveness are outlined. Results. The key stages of business plan development are analyzed, including the assessment of the external environment, financial planning, risk management, and evaluation of investment decision effectiveness. A significant impact of digital technologies, institutional factors, and international economic conditions on the planning process has been identified. Novelty. The novelty lies in a comprehensive approach to substantiating business planning as an integrated management tool for foreign economic activity, taking into account modern digital and globalization challenges. Practical value. The obtained results can be used by enterprises to improve the process of business plan development, increase the efficiency of foreign economic activity, and minimize risks in managerial decision-making. |
