The purpose of the scientific publication "Economic Bulletin of Dnipropetrovsk Polytechnic" is to form a modern scientific space for publishing the results of fundamental and applied research in the field of economics, accounting, finance, marketing management, entrepreneurship, tourism and public administration, aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the Ukrainian economy in the context of transformational changes.

The tasks of the scientific publication are::

• Ensuring the publication of the results of current scientific research in the field of economic theory, industrial economics, enterprise economics, regional economics, finance, management, marketing and related economic disciplines, taking into account the modern challenges of socio-economic development.
• Forming an open scientific communication space for the exchange of ideas, scientific approaches and research results between domestic and foreign scientists, teachers, doctoral students and practitioners.
• Promoting the development of scientific schools of the National Technical University "Dnipro Polytechnic" and the Institute of Industrial Economics of the NAS of Ukraine, as well as integrating their scientific results into the all-Ukrainian and international scientific space.
• Improving the quality of scientific publications by implementing transparent review procedures, adhering to the principles of academic integrity, objectivity and impartiality of editorial decisions.
• Expanding the international scientific presence of the journal through systematic work on including the publication in international scientometric databases, electronic libraries and scientific catalogs, which will contribute to increasing the citation rate of published works. Ensuring equal access of authors to publication opportunities, regardless of the scientific institution, country of origin or scientific status, provided that the materials comply with established scientific and ethical standards.
• Popularizing the results of economic research focused on practical application, in particular in the field of development of industrial enterprises, financial markets, management of economic systems and economic education.
• Supporting young scientists by creating favorable conditions for publishing the results of their research and integrating them into the professional scientific community.

Quarterly: journal publishes articles in Ukrainian and English quarterly.

The editorial board of the journal provides exemption from payment for editorial processing, scientific review and publication of scientific articles submitted by applicants of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education who study at the expense of the state budget. The exemption is applied provided that the scientific article is completed and submitted solely by the author (without co-authors) and meets the established requirements for structure, content and academic integrity. The decision to grant exemption from payment is made by the editorial board on the basis of supporting documents regarding the status of the applicant.

• D2 – Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market – research in the field of public and corporate finance, banking, insurance, investment processes and the functioning of financial markets.
• D3 – Management – ​​modern concepts and tools for managing enterprises and organizations, strategic development, personnel management, innovation and operational management.
• D4 – Public Management and Administration – theoretical, methodological and practical principles of public administration, local self-government, public policy and reform of the public administration system.
• D5 – Marketing – research into the market behavior of business entities, marketing strategies, digital marketing, branding and communication policy.
• D7 – Trade – organizational and economic principles of the development of domestic and foreign trade, logistics, commodity science and management of commercial enterprises.
• J3 – ТTourism and Recreation – economic, managerial and organizational aspects of the development of the tourism industry, recreational activities and the hospitality sector.

The editorial board of the journal supports the principles of open access and allows authors to store the final (publishing) version of the article in institutional and/or thematic open access repositories, which helps to increase the visibility, citation rate and scientific impact of the publication. In addition to being posted on the official website of the journal, all published articles are additionally archived and available in open access in the institutional repository of the founding university.

The journal provides open access to all published articles and issues, but does not implement the “diamond” open access model, i.e. publication is not free for authors. At the same time, any interested user has the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the research by downloading individual articles or full issues of the journal for scientific use and personal study. This ensures the accessibility of scientific information and the dissemination of research results among a wide range of readers.
